Renee Bell

Executive Director of Project Management

Renee Bell

Renee has been working in clinical research since 1986 when she completed a research internship in college.  Knowing that this was the field she wanted to pursue she took her first position as a research secretary in 1988.  She was quickly promoted to a research assistant and then research coordinator.  As time went on, her ability to assess problems, provide and implement solutions led her to become Quality Control Manager at Segal Institute for Clinical Research in 2001.  In that role she was responsible for over 100 employees, at 15 sites, in four states.  Her responsibilities included: creating, implementing and training on Standard Operating Procedures, training on industry guidelines and regulations, new-employee training, protocol specific training and pre-monitoring all ongoing activities to prepare for monitor visits and audits.

In late 2009, Renee became the Director of Clinical Research for Neurocare Center for Research in the Boston, Massachusetts.  In this role, her directive was to expand the company by increasing the therapeutic areas of research as well as the amount of clinical trials that were being conducted and to enroll successfully in those trials.  In 2010, Neurocare introduced its Women’s Health Clinical Research division and Psychiatric division and then in 2011, introduced its Internal Medicine division.  Renee was able to expand the companies’ therapeutic areas and acquire trials in those areas.

In 2010 while conducting an ADHD with insomnia trial, Renee had the fortunate opportunity to work with MediciGlobal.  It was through this ongoing relationship that led her to join our team in 2012 as the Executive Director of Project Management.  In this role she manages internal project teams, collaborates on the strategic direction of all active programs, coordinates internal support teams and external specialists, monitors timelines and fiscal performance with support from finance, mentors the project management team and serves as point of contact for all major clients.
