Challenge

  • Simultaneously recruit, inform, and motivate women for participation in one of two ‘high sensitivity’ clinical studies. Motivate patients to study completion.

Solutions

  • Comprehensive recruitment campaign featuring radio advertising, direct-to-patient website, direct mail, and a site support program to assure first visit and retain patients in the study with help of a $25 Gas Card.

Result

  • Recruitment effort successfully met its goals for both studies overcoming challenges of potential “no shows” due to highly personal nature of study.

Project Scope: Recruit women for two clinical studies, provide study sites in the US and Canada with patient support, call center screening, market advertising, and motivate patients.
