“Generations” Osteoporosis Study
for Osteoporosis and breast cancer prevention
Challenge
- With study visits 6 months apart and each visit requiring time consuming and invasive diagnostic procedures, retaining women until study completion was critical.
Solutions
- A VIP® program targeted to menopausal women that recognized study subjects for their participation, provided valuable study information and made contact between visits to keep study top of mind.
Result
- VIP program exceeded projections for subject retention and was overwhelmingly supported by study coordinators. Program assisted study staff in establishing strong relations with study subjects between visits and supported retention.
Project Scope: Global patient retention
“It was good information which I shared with my mother and sisters.”
