  • With a majority of the subjects recruited, a flexible program was needed for quick implementation at the site level to support sites in retaining patients over frequent study visits.

Solutions

  • The program was developed with site and country lead input to ensure materials met the cultural requirements and retention challenges of each country.

Result

  • Overall retention rates remain strong as sites utilize this flexible, culturally adapted retention program.

Project Scope: Develop a customized patient retention program to address key retention issues of study sites located in 13 countries participating in this study.
