Lisa Fell
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Fell is the Chief Operating Officer at MediciGlobal, the global leader in marketing clinical trials directly to patient, caregivers and healthcare professionals. With over 25 years of healthcare marketing and media related experience Lisa directs operations on a global basis and leads patient recruitment and retention project management, including strategy development, media planning and forecasting, site support, and call centre operations.
Lisa has directed numerous global clinical research studies for both large pharmaceutical companies and small biotech companies. It is under Lisa’s direction that sponsors are assured that every customized global media campaign developed by her team is of the highest efficiency, both in terms of reaching the recruitment patient targets and achieving financial return on investment.
Prior to joining MediciGlobal, Lisa served 13 years as Vice President at Harmelin Media, a leading national media-buying agency based in Philadelphia. Under Lisa’s leadership, Harmelin directed MediciGlobal’s media placement in the United States and Canada for over five years. In this position, Lisa supervised media planning, buying, budget tracking and media response analysis for all MediciGlobal’s clinical trial recruitment projects. Using her media buying expertise, Lisa has established an international media buying service to support recruitment programmes on a global basis.
Lisa has been actively involved throughout her career in developing marketing and advertising plans for companies in healthcare and related industries. Specifically, Lisa coordinated national and local media campaigns for Aetna U.S. Healthcare, including HMO products such as Medicare, Aetna Retirement Services and Aetna Corporate initiatives. Prior to her Harmelin experience, Lisa worked for a Boston based advertising company (Laurence, Charles, Free and Lawson) as a media supervisor.
Lisa is a graduate of University of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
