Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the project team through the course of a clinical study as it pertains to patient recruitment and retention.
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the project team through the course of a clinical study as it pertains to patient recruitment and retention; from strategy development through implementation, performance measurement and conclusion of each assigned project. The Account Executive collaborates on the strategic direction of all programs, coordinates internal support teams and external specialists and serves as the point of contact for the client.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in marketing communications or related field).
• Five to seven years project management, communications, and/or marketing experience.
• Strong client service orientation
• Organized and exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrates problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of US clinical trial regulations
• Familiar with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• In good standing under section Sections 306(a) or (b) of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
• Ability to “think outside the box” and be strategic
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Internet usage and research
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Project
• Proven track record of demonstrable achievements
Ideal skills set - but not required:
• Knowledge of clinical research processes
• Knowledge of basic industry laws and regulations, including advertising, promotion, and other relevant regulations issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), US. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General and the PhRMA code.
• Knowledge of media planning and buying including online marketing.
• Multilingual
• Marketing in ROW countries; clinical trial marketing preferred
• Knowledge of global clinical trial regulations
